Return and exchange requests must be submitted within (7) days from the date of purchase on all orders (except for underwear, lingerie and swimwear) provided that the product has not been used or worn.
The original purchase invoice must be shown
The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition in which the order was received.
If the order price was paid in cash upon receipt, you can choose to get a refund by returning the items to your bank account after deducting the amount of the prepaid delivery company services.
In the event of any defect or problem in the items received at the time of receipt, the customer is entitled to a full refund with the shipping cost and no other fees will be deducted.
