Returns and exchanges are accepted within (7) days from the date of purchase for all orders (except for underwear and lingerie) provided that the item is not used or worn.
The original purchase receipt must be presented.
The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as when the order was received.
Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.
In case of any defects or issues with the items received at the time of delivery, the customer is entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, and no additional fees will be deducted.
